On March 16th we launched a new Online & Mobile Banking platform with a consistent look and feel across all of your devices. The design is intuitive, easy to navigate, and you can personalize how you see your account information with a new Dashboard customization feature.
1.) Your Username and Password remain the same. Please have them available the first time you log in – especially if you’ve been using facial or fingerprint recognition to log in to the mobile app. You will need to re-establish facial or fingerprint recognition on your mobile device after your first-time login.
2.) Complete the new login security feature that uses text messages or phone calls to verify your identity. Learn More
3.) Be sure to download the new Mobile app from your device's app store and delete the old app.
4.) Once in, locate your profile settings and make sure all of your contact information is up to date and correct, including your email address, phone numbers, and mailing address.
5.) Customers using personal Online & Mobile Banking will need to re-establish balance and transaction Alerts that may have been set in our old system. (This step is not necessary for Business Online & Mobile Banking users.)
